This bistro in the historic town of Athlone made the most of the existing stone wall that was discovered during the works and sets the perfect backdrop to the rest of the simple and uncomplicated interior which features dark hardwood floors, contrasting painted shuttering to the windows and a practical comfortable bistro furniture all of which exude warmth and comfort.
