A refurbishment and fit out of a 4-storey Georgian building (a protected structure) in a high-profile area in Ballsbridge. Our brief was to renovate the building provide contemporary corporate offices, suitable for this Solicitors firm with a staff of 32, client meeting room areas and boardroom, with suitable reception area. Storage was a key element in this project, as well as providing a suitable and comfortable working environment which while providing sufficient privacy for workers to carry out confidential work for clients, without isolating them from other staff members.
