The newest of The Marriott Group branded hotels, opened its doors in Limerick in May 2007. Situated in the heart of the city, this 8 storey, 4 Star Hotel offers both the local community and visitors an elegant yet relaxing arena to conduct business or simply unwind in the enduring classic contemporary surroundings. The design objective from the beginning was to provide luxury and drama but with a modern twist to accommodate today’s ever-evolving tastes. This was achieved with a blend of materials from cream marble clad pillars, floor and reception desk in the lobby to the black glass and mirror-clad bar on the ground floor. Drama is provided when entering the lobby with the marble clad stairs, brass balustrade and double height backlit ‘Oval’ feature wall, overhanging crystal pendants throughout put the final touch to the performance. With 94 stylish bedrooms, 10 meeting rooms and fully equipped modern leisure centre, the Limerick Marriott provides every amenity in an elegant, unique design scheme.
