Kinara Kitchen opened its doors only recently in Ranelagh, Dublin, however it has been commented that it ‘feels like it has been here for years’. This project involved the extension and complete refurbishment of this Victorian property to provide for a 50 cover ethnic restaurant, the third restaurant to be opened by our successful clients. A mix of salvaged timber, hand blown glass pendant lights and textured wallpaper sit comfortably against the exposed brickwork which is reminiscent of the building’s original history. Leather belt buckles on soft leather
seating, bronze smoked mirrors and brass trims all add to the feeling of luxury with a certain New York styling, while the contemporary puzzle tiled wall washed by a recessed lightwell add a contemporary edge by way of contrast.
