JDDG was charged with delivering 3no different schemes for a new residential development on the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The purchasers would then be able to select their preferred style and have the unit fitted out to that specification. The development was to be operated by Kempinski. The styles proposed differed in varying details as can be seen on the images – Classical, Classic Contemporary and Classic European. The scheme offers 244 exclusive luxury private residences, which range in size from 165 sqm to 1300 sqm and include spacious terraces or balconies as well as 20 large villas.
