Development for a 2 storey bar/restaurant overlooking the Shannon River, Limerick. Requirement for a unique bar/dining experience in Limerick. The food business would be at lunch and early evening. A modern wine/cocktail bar at first floor level, with a more relaxed drinking bar at ground floor level. The requirement was for timeless elegance with comfort in a classic contemporary look.
