A development of 15 large high quality, high specification houses in an existing residential area of Rochestown, these houses seek to bring new standards to speculative houses in the areas with their level of finish and contemporary vernacular design. The houses incorporate high levels of thermal and acoustic insulation within their bright modern design (I sound like an auctioneer)
