Enowine in Monkstown is an exciting new wine retail concept. Using Italian wine dispensing technology, customers can sample120 different wines, which are kept in optimum tasting conditions. Chip card technology allows customers to sample without assistance. This shop is to be the first of many outlets. The design objective was to create an Italian Industrial / Warehouse wine shop and tasting experience. This was achieved by the use of exposed concrete ceilings with galvanised steel ducting using duo suspended lighting. High sheen coloured concrete floors with timber wine storage and galvanised metal shelving a cutting edge vision that redefines the wine shop experience.
