This commercial development is a new build Office Headquarters formed in 2 blocks, each rising to 4 storeys on a site of 7,700 sqm and over a basement, providing on site parking for 165 cars. The pivotal corner site offered us an opportunity to create a landmark frontage to the main approach, while the internal courtyard provides a suitable relief for occupants of the offices to enjoy. Being of a speculative nature, this development has been designed to have flexibility of layout to ensure that any tenants needs can be catered for.
