We were engaged to design the complete replacement of a section of accommodation for this existing large hotel, located on substantial grounds in the outskirts of Kilkenny City, providing for an additional 62 new bedrooms, including a number of penthouse suites. Logistically this was a very complicated development as there were a number of phases of work to allow pedestrian traffic through the hotel continue to circumvent the site, while facilitating the complete demolition and reconstruction of a link wing.
