Located at the centre of the Financial Services Centre in Dublin’s dockland area, this wine shop serves a catchment area of both professionals and apartment dwellers. Laid out in an open plan format, all wine stock is on display and clearly visible through the large picture windows from the street. Large continental style canopies flag the location of the unit as well as the cleverly designed backlit signage. The use of material is very different from your standard wine shop also; a poured rubber floor, exposed stonework, metal mesh and frameless glazing all contribute towards the hard edged design that has created an identity for Enowine, and this concept has been rolled out by JDA in other locations in the city also.
