This development is for the construction of a contemporary Mews-type home on a very restricted site upon which the remains of a small derelict house stands. The site posed many challenges in terms of its single aspect, narrow dogleg shape, and location within an ACA conservation area. The resulting house is a small house but which with an effective use of the space available could provide enough quality space for the couple intending to live here.
