Jan 2012 Londis Store at KCR opens

John Duffy Design Group recently completed overseeing the construction works to amalgamate 3 small individual retail units into a single large scale Convenience Store of 350 sqm. area, adjoining a busy Petrol Station forecourt. This site is located at a major junction in Dublin City and remained open during the phased works in order to maintain the customer base. It incorporates a Subway , Butcher Counter, Delicatessen Counter and a large Wine area and Off-Licence, as well as a full supermarket offer. Engaged as Architects and Interior Design for the project, we secured all Statutory permissions for the development as well as over-viewing the phased construction works. Although currently branded as a Londis store, the scheme design is in line with ‘The Market’ in Belarmine, Stepaside which is a sister store for the same group.
