Mar 2009 JDDG engaged in design consultancy in Warsaw
JDDG are currently engaged in what will be the biggest hotel and conference development in Warsaw. JDDG are also consulting on a bar design in an Office Development in Poland.
Mar 2009 JDA approved BER assessors
JDA are registered BER (Building Energy Rating) Assessors with the SEI (Sustainable Energy Ireland) with the capability to assess both new build and existing homes. Our experienced professional staff of Architects and Architectural Technicians are well-experienced in the construction sector, and as a result this means that we are fully equipped to offer professional advice on all aspects of the BER process.

Mar 2009 JDDG engaged in refurbishment of Phoenicia Hotel, Malta
JDDG are currently engaged in the total refurbishment of the 1930’s Phoenicia Hotel in Valletta, Malta. This sensitive re-fit is being done in order to return the grande dame to her rightful place as one of Malta’s best hotels. Phase 1 of the hotel which comprises of bedrooms and public areas will be completed by March 2009.
Mar 2009 Health and Safety (PSDP)
JDA can now offer clients the additional service of assuming the position of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) on their behalf. The appointment of a PSDP is an obligation of any person or company carrying out a development, as detailed under current Health and Safety legislation. Please contact JDA for further information.
